Description
Back by popular demand, our Robotics and STEM camps are action-packed with fun. Budding scientists will work on activities from both camp areas listed below. No prior experience is necessary. For campers in grades 5-8, ages 9-14.

What to Bring
- A notebook
- A lunch plan is available for purchase, or lunch can be brought to camp in a cooler
- Full water bottle with camper's name on it
- All other equipment will be provided
Camp Director:
Joseph Cabigas '82
Joseph Cabigas '82 has been a science teacher at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School since 1996. He has over 25 years of experience as a camp director, and he and co-director, John Carbonell, founded the GC Robotics Summer Camp Program in June, 2013. He lives in Silver Spring with his wife and teenager.

John Carbonell '88
John Carbonell '88 is an electrical and software engineer, who has been leading after-school youth activities for the last 12 years. He has taught youth robotics classes and camps for various organizations, including leading the Good Counsel Robotics Summer Camp Program since 2013. His youth robotics competition teams have competed in the Maryland State Robotics Championships for the last 10 years. He lives in Damascus with his wife and two children.
