Under the leadership of Sandra Boissonniere and after many months of preparation, the 29th Grand Celebration, Havana Nights was a resounding success. The Kane Center was transformed into a tropical paradise where guests enjoyed an impromptu dance-off and the resort-chic attire made everyone feel as if they had been transported to a steamy night in Havana, Cuba.

The highlight of the evening was, by far, the outpouring of generosity during the Funds for Our Falcons live appeal. In a creative video featuring hysterical performances from faculty, staff, and students, the case was made to make changes that will enhance the lunch experience in the servery and Dining Hall. Auction numbers were raised around the room and when the final bid was recorded, our generous guests had donated over $94,000 for our Funds for Our Falcons!
